📜 Terms and Conditions

1. Loan Details Agreement: The borrower acknowledges and agrees to the total amount due, including the 5% interest rate, processing fee, Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and any other applicable additional charges.
2. Late Payment Penalties: For delayed payments, a 10% late fee will be applied to the missed installment, plus a 0.5% daily interest charge on any outstanding balance until fully settled.
3. Default Policy: In the event of default, if payments are not made within fifteen (15) days of the due date, the lender reserves the right to declare the entire loan in default. The management will then send official billing statements to your registered home address and may schedule an official home visit to discuss repayment options.
4. Communication Channels and Reminders: The borrower strictly authorizes the use of our official Facebook accounts (ErriHo Personal Finance via Erriho Portal System), our partner PEDDLR SMS REMINDER, Jerric's personal mobile number, and Official Email for sending payment reminders, statements of account, and payment confirmations.
   *The borrower acknowledges and consents to receive automated email notifications according to the following schedule: Advance Reminders (10, 7, 3, and 1 day/s before the due date), Due Date Notification (on the exact due date), and Overdue Notices (sent daily once the bill becomes overdue until the outstanding balance is fully settled).
5. Data Retention and Privacy: To protect borrower privacy while maintaining proper accounting records, all submitted documents and data will be securely archived upon full repayment of the loan. In compliance with data privacy principles, these records will be kept exclusively for internal verification and audit purposes for a maximum of one (1) year after full settlement, after which they will be permanently and securely deleted from our system.
