Welcome to ERRIHO Portal. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and financial data in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. Information We Collect

To process your installment applications and manage your account, we collect the following information:

• Personal Identity: Full Name, Home Address, and Account Reference Number.
• Contact Information: Active Mobile Number, Email Address, and Facebook Messenger account.
• Financial Data: Loan principal, interest rates, payment history, outstanding balances, and credit ratings.
• Verification Documents: Digital copies of Government IDs, Proof of Income, and Photos (stored temporarily for 30 days after full settlement).
• Reference & Co-maker Data: Names and contact details of your designated Character References and/or Co-makers, as provided during your application.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

• To provide you with a real-time dashboard of your Flavi Deal installment plans.
• To calculate and display your current credit rating and "pay my due" obligations.
• To facilitate secure redirects to our payment gateways.
• Automated Notifications: We use your registered mobile number, email address, and Messenger account to send official billing statements, payment confirmations, and automated reminders regarding your account status.

3. Data Storage & Security

As seen in our system architecture, we use LocalStorage to keep your session active on your device, which is automatically cleared upon logout or after 1 minute of inactivity.

Beyond your device, our primary database is secured through Google Cloud’s enterprise-grade encryption to ensure that your financial records, payment history, and personal documents are protected from unauthorized access at all times.

4. Data Sharing

ERRIHO Personal Finance does not sell or share your data with outside marketing agencies. Data is only shared internally with our partner, Flavi Deal, for account synchronization.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your financial statement, request corrections for any discrepancies, and withdraw consent by closing your account once all obligations are settled.

6. Data Retention and Disposal

In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ERRIHO Personal Finance does not store your sensitive documents longer than necessary. Once your loan is fully settled and no new application is made within 30 days:

• We will permanently dispose of your digital documents (IDs, Proof of Income, Photos).
• You will receive an Email Confirmation once your sensitive data has been purged from our system.
• Only basic transaction history is kept for a limited period for legal and financial auditing purposes.
